10 Ways to Be Yourself

1) Build a relationship with your inner self – We all build relationship with different people but do we have relationship with ourselves? What kind of relationship do you have? Figure out what image do you create with yourself. For me my myself is my bestfriend. Whenever I'm finding an answer myself is with me providing me the most relevant and on time answers.

2) Be honest – If you want to be the best person in your lifetime, be honest to yourself. When you face yourself you face all the imperfections in you and respect all your being. You will find a greater sense of self-esteem and pride knowing that you master your mind by having the honesty and connection with your inner soul.

3) Take a moment with yourself – Troubled by choices? Take a deep breath and feel the air as you inhale and exhale them. Feel your freedom. Yourself is the greatest thinker in your time so when you hesitate in deciding or choosing things give yourself an ample time. Relax and never get pressured because at the end of the day the choices you make are always the right choices. If it gets wrong you are not really wrong, it only needs a little improvement.

4) Ask questions – When you feel sad thinking about failures just ask question but never blame yourself. Take enough pride that your choices are your choices, your responsibilities. Are you really wrong? Think again you might just be missing something. When you ask question to yourself do not right away ask for the solution but ask for the reason and the solution will be presented upon you.


5) Respect your inner self – Sometimes the world around us is just so filled with unnecessary things, with unessential options, unwanted offers. The best way to communicate to yourself is by LISTENING. Listen to your inner soul and you will hear it expressing your real desires.

6.) Think again - Are you counting deadlines in making choices? Are you lost in trying to understand yourself?Think again is the word for you, from the present find yourself in your future and in your past. Who was the person you are seeing 10 years ago and who will be the person you want to see 10 years after? Your dreams 10 years from now shall be directing you to perform what it needs to be done now in order to achieve it in the future.

7.) Be generous to yourself - Your success is useless when you can't have them. Life is a race but before that race ends give yourself the chance to smile, to love and be loved by those people around you.

8.) Make everyday your day - Everyday is a new day, yesterday was history, tomorrow is mystery and today is a blessing - it's called present, a present that needs to be shared and experienced.

9.) Plant only good seeds - What you sows is what you reap. If you want to have a sweet harvest plant your seeds with the right sweetness and care. Life is not about harvesting and harvesting but it is about planting, nurturing and harvesting. Your life has its own vegetation. It is germinating today for its fruitation tomorrow.

10.) Be yourself - After all, myself is nothing but my ‘self. You are the master of your own journey, travel it with the right compass.

10 Right Things to Remember to Live Right

1. Eat Right.

The quality of food you eat will make you the right you. Everything you input inside your system will circulate into your system. So eat right and live well.

2. Work Right.

When you work right you achieve things the right way. If you want to reach better goals work with better goals. Doing the same thing over and over again is having the same result over and over again. As an old saying goes, You can only get better when you decide to be better."

3. Think Right.

The person you are inside is the person you can be outside. Everything you think is manifested through your action. For you to act right you have to think right. You are the master of your own universe. Control your ind with positivity. Right actions are the reactions of right emotions.

4. Exercise Right.

When you exercise you release all the negativity. Happiness can be easily achieve by moving your body parts. Stretch out and you stretch your brain. The more the activities you engage the more your brain produces happy hormones.

5. Rest Right.

Sleep creates wonders. When you feel exhausted, give yourself a chance to take some rest. Sleep with peace and you will wake up with peace. Surrender is the key word, give up all your fears. Nothings is impossible with faith so never pressure yourself, take the right rest now.

6. Build Right Relationships

The best thing about life is having great people around you. Smile, celebrate and appreciate with your love ones. Nothing is more important that relationship. We live to live with the people around us!

7. Celebrate Right.

Life is short when you do not make the most of it. Enjoy all the opportunities to enjoy.

8. Spend Time Right.

Time is life so use it rightly. Once you let a day pass doing nothing you let a part of your life empty. Do something small now, little by little it will grow.

9. Appreciate Right.

Bad or good it happens for a purpose. Never dwell to any negativity. If you fail you fail, learn, grow and move on. Later you will understand why it is happening. THANK God for the day.

10. Stay Right at All Times.

10 Simple Ways to Overcome Disappointment

Everyone is disappointed at SOME POINT in their lives. Perhaps you did not achieve or realize what you were wanting to have. After all the efforts you still feel incomplete or empty or even unfulfilled. I have highlighted the word SOME POINT because you I want you to reckon on the fact that disappointment is normal.
This is part of being human, so you have to decide whether to dwell with it or move on. Disappointment can be an ugly thing. Ugly thing because it will make you look ugly and depress.

Before reading any further, think again do you want to be ugly or not? If not, then read the following ways to overcome disappointment.

1. Workout - If something is disturbing me, I move and motivate my self to workout. Exercising can be a great way of releasing the tension. You will feel energize and come to a new solution. 

2. Magnify your dream - You have a dream, so whatever would be happening reactivate your passion, your drive to achieve for your dreams. I will always remember what an old friend has been telling me, "Yesterday was history, tomorrow is mystery and today is the day, it's a blessing that's why it's called PRESENT. Visualize your future by dealing with the present.

3. Socialize - It is always wonderful to be with the people. If you are disappointed try to find a friend and walk a talk. Hearing even a single word of motivation from someone can be a big help to inspire you to be a fighter in your game.

4. Smile - If you are feeling disappointed and eating a dose of chocolate make you smile then eat. If you have a passion in writing, express what you feel. A life made with smile is a life made with happiness.

5. Go Read - Adding another scoop of knowledge to your cup can be a great tool in moving forward. When your disappointed it does not mean that you are a loser, try to win by learning something new.

6. Breath - Disappointed? What then? Whatever thing is bothering you now you are still alive. Take a deep breath, feel the air as you inhale and exhale it. Meditate, appreciate life by looking at the other corner of you life.

7. You Make Your Choice - Whatever thing is happening to you now, it is happening. Can you stop them? No, deal with them Life is fragile so handle it with care by making smarter choices every time you fail.

8. You are not Alone - If everything goes wrong and you think the people around you is not helping, think again He is inside you. God is with you. You are His investment therefore, God will never forsake you. Ask for guidance, ask for strength, ask for enlightenment.

9. Motivation - Is it the end? Try to compare yourself with the people you are seeing on the street. See the kids without family, the teens without a home - they are still moving. Be motivated, do something better. You might be a failure on your first decision butt it does not mean you were wrong, it just a little improvement.

10. Forgive Yourself - There is nothing you can do about dismantlement without forgiving yourself. Understand that life is an exciting journey, a battle that needs winning. Win yourself by forgiving your mistakes.
