Working an Extra Mile

"The harder I work the luckier I get." - James Thurber

Successful people work harder than anybody else in their field. People usually work for 40 hours in a week to survive. If you wanted to achieve a different quality of life you must work with different effort you are exerting now. You cannot expect to get another result from doing the same thing all over again.

Work all the time you work. The company is paying you for the whole 8 hours that you are in your office. Learn to maximize what the company has paid you. Start today to develop a reputation, a name in your organization that you are a harder working member of the team. This will bring you to the attention of the people who can get you faster to your goal.

Make a plan on how can you double your output. Manage every actions that you need to take. Carefully create a strategy on how can you resolve to use your time in working ahead of everyone else.
